Our process

Slow, careful hand work. Every single time.

A machine can burn through a lens or leave swirl marks. Hands don't. Here's exactly what happens when your car is with us.

01

Inspect & tape off

We look over each lens and talk through what you can expect. Then the surrounding paint and trim get taped so only the headlight is ever touched.

Work the lens by hand, in stages

Old coating, road film and oxidation come off in careful stages — worked by hand until the plastic itself is clear again. No sandpaper, no power tools.

Seal with UV protection

Once the lens is clear and even, we apply a UV-stable protective finish so it resists the sun instead of clouding over again next season.

Final check with you

We clean up and walk the car with you. If anything isn't right, we make it right before we leave.

Why by hand

Hands give the control a machine can't.

No accidental damage

Power sanders and buffers can burn plastic or cut unevenly. Hand work keeps the lens safe.

An even finish

We can feel and see exactly what each lens needs, so the result is clear and consistent.

Built to last

Done properly and sealed with UV protection, a restored lens stays clear — not just for a week.
